The Maurice Revello Tournament (commonly known as the Toulon Tournament) is a traditional international youth football invitation tournament held annually in Toulon, France. It has long been highly regarded by FIFA and UEFA, serving as an important stage to showcase the reserve strength of world football. In the 2026 season, the participating teams are divided into two groups, with 5 teams in each group competing in a single round-robin format. A regular-time win awards 3 points. In the event of a draw, a penalty shootout will immediately take place (the penalty winner gets 2 points, and the penalty loser gets 1 point). A loss awards 0 points. Group rankings are determined by the total points at the end of the group stage. If teams are tied on points, their rankings will be decided by the following tie-breaking criteria in order: 1. Goal difference in head-to-head matches 2. Overall goal difference 3. Total goals scored Final: The top team from each of the two groups will face each other directly to compete for the championship. Third-Place Play-off: The second-placed team from each of the two groups will face each other directly to compete for the third place. Other Rankings: Teams finishing 3rd, 4th, and 5th in the group stage will not play any further classification matches; their tournament campaigns conclude immediately after the group stage. In the Final and Third-Place Play-off, if the two teams draw during regular time, the winner will be decided directly via a penalty shootout.
